Abstract

CTG UAlbany’s case study of Frisco Public Library showcases how public libraries can lead the way in helping communities understand, explore, and confidently use artificial intelligence through innovative programs such as AI pop-ups, hands-on workshops, and maker kits. The study highlights how these efforts are expanding digital literacy, reducing fear and confusion around AI, and positioning the library as a trusted, future-ready hub for learning, creativity, and community empowerment.
