Gail Galusha currently serves as the Director of Enterprise AI, Data & Analytics for the New York State Attorney General’s Office. 

Her experience spans across the private sector, state agencies, higher education, and K-12 systems and she specializes in the ethical and responsible use of emerging technologies, while maintaining data privacy and integrity.

Her previous roles have included serving as the Director of AI and Data Governance for the NYS Office of Information Technology Services; Administrator of Data Privacy and Security Services for the Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex (WSWHE) Board of Cooperative Educational Services; Program Research Specialist for the NYS Education Department in the Office of Higher Education; Chief Information Officer, Medicaid Compliance Officer and State Testing Coordinator for the Ballston Spa Central School District; and the Data Warehouse Program Manager for the Northeastern Regional Information Center.
