Brief Bio

Paula joined the Center in 2004 as an administrative assistant and was most recently promoted to program associate in 2022.  She provides a broad range of support to academic and applied research projects and programs, as well as financial management, purchasing, and human resources. She has supported a wide range of externally funded research and other projects with US and international partners such as the National Science Foundation, Library of Congress, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Inter-American Development Bank and Public Libraries, Institute for Museum and Library Services, New York State Board of Elections, to name a few.  Paula has served in key coordination roles for CTG’s “Combatting Urban Blight through Regional Information Sharing Pilot” and the “NYSBOE - An Envisioning Future” projects, as well as the CTG Global Advisory Board and the Smart Cities Smart Research-Practice Government Consortium.  

As program associate, Paula’s work also focuses on areas involving expense documentation, payment and reconciliation management, financial reporting, student appointment, and event management.
