Brief Bio

Felippe has worked in technology, consulting, human resources, and education for more than 15 years, in both the private and public sectors.

He was a research assistant through the SUNY Research Foundation and a visiting research fellow at ITMO University, in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

He taught courses in web development, emerging trends in information technology, design thinking, and business intelligence.

His dissertation project received the University at Albany Dissertation Research Fellowship Award to explore factors influencing data analytics use in local governments.
