Brief Bio

Donna Canestraro brings more than 30 years of professional experience in program and project management, business analytics, adult education, and information strategies and innovations to private and public sector projects.

She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with large-scale project management experience applied in a variety of complex business and technical environments. 

She is currently an adjunct professor in Government Information Strategy and Management, a nationally ranked academic program offered by Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy at the University at Albany. 

Donna recently retired as Program Director at CTG UAlbany.

She led multi-sector and multi-disciplinary teams from the United States and around the world to produce new knowledge and actionable results. Her portfolio included working with New York State government, United States federal government, United Nations Secretariat, UN Department of Economic and Social Development, Microsoft, and many others.
