Research Methods
Multiple research methods were being used throughout this project such as: semi-structured interviews (two sets), surveys (three waves), and analysis of relevant documents.
Results
From the research results, a report containing practical lessons and recommendations about the benefits, challenges, and overall potential of using XML for Web site management was produced and made available, as well as other practitioner-oriented and academic publications that explore more specific aspects of this study.
