Fundamental Research of e-Government Management Theory and Approaches

Zhang is a professor and head of the Department of Management Information Systems, as well as director of MIS Research Center at the university. Zhang will give a presentation, open to the public, Friday morning from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on his research in e-government. He is currently the recipient of the largest National Science Foundation of China grant, on the topic of "Fundamental research of e-government management theory and approaches."
