Information Access in an Electronic World: A policy panel summary transcript
Policies about online government information came front and center following September 11th. Many government agencies removed information from their Web sites and began to scrutinize any new information. This document provides a thought-provoking examination of how information policy issues were reassessed in response to events of September 11.
