The Access Indiana Information Network (AIIN) is an innovative model of public-private partnership that enables the dissemination of state-related information to Indiana citizens and businesses and the performance of transactions online.

AIIN is a state-owned, state-regulated network operated by a private partner: Indian@Interactive, Inc who provided the initial startup capital as well as a consumer-oriented, market-driven approach crucial to the success of the network. The establishment of policies, design of the layout, selection of interactive services are determined by task forces comprised of state agencies, professional associations, businesses and citizens. A final approval by the Indiana Intelenet Commission's Enhanced Data Access Review Committee (EDARC) is required. AIIN contains approximately 100,000 pages of government information from more than 75 state agencies, departments, and commissions, the judiciary system of Indiana, and the legislative branch.

Most of the information and services on the network are available to the public for no cost except those services that have a commercial value attached to them such as driver's records, vehicle titles, or health professional licenses.
