June 14th Symposium to Highlight Lessons from 9-11 Response

An upcoming research symposium will discuss how lessons learned from the 9-11 World Trade Center response can help organizations improve day-to-day operations and business continuity planning.

The symposium, entitled "Learning from Crisis," is based on multidisciplinary research funded by the National Science Foundation that included interviews with twenty-nine individuals who participated personally in the immediate response and subsequent recovery.
