This report summarizes the results from the first of four rounds of workshops designed to engage our project partners in Creating an Enterprise IT Governance Framework for New York State Government. The first two events involved New York state and local CIOs at two locations, Albany and New York City. Participants shared their expertise and provided input about how IT governance could be enhanced within New York State, with a particular focus on the potential value of enterprise governance.
