CTG Announces Project to Develop an Open Government Framework

CTG is beginning work on a new project funded by the National Science Foundation that will support the US General Services Administration's (GSA) new initiatives in citizen services and open government. CTG is working with GSA's Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies to develop an Open Government Framework grounded in the three principles of transparency, collaboration, and participation.
