Government IT project leaders need to answer many questions to get funding and support for their projects. Ways to gather and analyze the information needed to answer those questions is the focus of Part Two of CTG's Making Smart IT Choices: Understanding Value and Risk in Government IT Investments.

Part Two describes an array of skills, techniques, and tools useful for getting the information needed to develop a business case that supports sound technology investments. The tools are linked to the analytical process presented in Part One.

The 2004 edition of U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate Schools Rankings lists UAlbany's Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy 10th out of 259 Colleges of Public Affairs & Policy (up two slots since the last ranking in 2001 of 12th).
