The iGov Research Institute is a week-long residential program of the Center for Technology in Government. It provides doctoral students from around the world an opportunity to assess the impact of information and communication technologies in the public sector and to understand the value of doing research in an international context.

Location
Each year, the Institute is held in a location that is an international leader in the use of digital government.
