Anthony Cresswell gave one of the keynote presentations at I3E, The 10th IFIP Conference on e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Cresswell's presentation topic was The Public Value of Government ICT Investments: Foundations and Applications. I3E provides a forum for users, engineers, and scientists in academia, industry, and public administration to present their latest findings in e-business and e-services and their relationship to an e-society including the underlying technology to support such applications.
