New York State CIO Brian Digman shared the story of NYS’ recent IT enterprise transformation with students from Rockefeller College’s Department of Public Administration and Policy and the College of Computing and Information’s Information Studies and Informatics Programs The discussion took place in Building a Case for IT Investments in the Public Sector, a graduate level course taught by Theresa Pardo. PAD 650 is part of the Public Administration Department’s Information Strategy and Management Concentration, which is ranked by US News and World Report as #3 in the country for best public affairs schools for information and technology management programs.
