CTG Director Theresa Pardo and Korean Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) President Dongwook Kim signed a Memorandum of Understanding in which the two organizations agreed to collaborate on future research. Kim's visit to Albany, NY coincided with his particpation at the 6th Annual Conference on Theory and Practice of Electornic Governace (ICEGOV), where he was a speaker on the panel, The Future of Governance in the Digital Age.
