Thomas G. Griffen, the Executive Director of the New York State Office of Real Property Services (ORPS) received the International Property Tax Achievement Award in 2001 for his work on the state's Annual Reassessment Program. A CTG project helped ORPS identify user needs for the local governments who participated in the program. The award was presented by the International Association of Assessing Officers.
