The New York State Forum’s Best Practices Award acknowledges the work done each year by New York state and local government organizations in the area of Information Resource Management. CTG and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services were honored for their collaborative effort in a research-practice partnership to learn about how mobile technologies can be used in child protective services (CPS) work in New York State.
